Ella is a dedicated and passionate Chartered Accountant with a unique background, holding a Bachelor of Medicine degree from China and a bachelor's degree in accounting in New Zealand. She has successfully transitioned into the accounting profession and brings a diverse perspective to her work.

Ella has more than 10 years of extensive experience in real estate tax management, IRD reviews and audits for SMEs, FIF, trust tax compliance, and specialized industries including hospitality, tourism, design consulting, retail, construction, healthcare, technology, logistics, agent purchasing, education, manufacturing, professional services, and creative industries.

She has a solid understanding of New Zealand accounting, financial, and tax regulations, and is committed to helping clients achieve their financial goals while ensuring full compliance. Outside of work, Ella enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

Cindy Huang previously worked at BDO as an auditor and brings accounting and audit experience supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and non-profit organizations across New Zealand.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Cindy communicates effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and industries. She is known for her client-focused approach, providing tailored accounting, tax, and strategic business advice.

Her experience spans hospitality, tourism, design consulting, retail, construction, healthcare, e-commerce, and professional services. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children.

Chenyu is a highly motivated accounting professional who holds a Master's degree from the University of Auckland, graduating with Merit. She has achieved High Distinction across several Chartered Accountant professional papers.

With over six years of experience, Chenyu has supported clients across multiple sectors. Her areas of expertise include rental property tax, SME compliance, Fringe Benefit Tax, and managing IRD audits and reviews.

Chenyu is recognized for structured thinking and a solution-focused mindset. She works closely with clients to navigate complex tax matters and provide clear, dependable support. Outside work, she enjoys learning, exploring new ideas, family time, and Pilates.

Elian Lin is a seasoned accountant with decades of experience helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and non-profit organizations navigate the complexities of accounting and tax in New Zealand. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she connects seamlessly with a diverse range of clients.
